Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs, drizzle them with olive oil, and wrap each bulb in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped bulbs in the 400°F oven for 35-40 minutes until the garlic is soft and fragrant.
IN A PAN OVER MEDIUM-LOW HEAT CRUSH THE GARLIC INTO THE BUTTER. ADD FLOUR TO MAKE A ROUX. ADD THE MISO AND MIX TO COMBINE.
