Raw Carrot Salad
With just a handful of ingredients (and I mean a handful) and 10 minutes you have a bold flavorful salad that I guarantee you will be on repeat.

- 3 large chunky carrots
- 1 tbsp neutral oil avocado, or vegetable
- 2 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tsp chili crisp add more if needed
- sesame seeds
Cut or shred the carrots into the desired shape and size. Place the cut carrots into a large bowl to be dressed.
In a separate bowl, mix together oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili crisp.
Pour the desired amount of dressing over the carrots and give it a toss. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
