Ingredients
3salmon fillets
2garlic clovesminced
1/2tbspbutter
2tbsphoney
2tbspdijon mustard
1/2tspchili flakes
1/2tspsweet paprika
parsleyminced
salt
olive oil
Instructions
In a small pan over low heat melt the butter. Once melted add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes until soft and fragrant, but not brown.
In a bowl mix to combine the honey, dijon mustard, sautéd garlic with the butter, chili flakes, and paprika.
Preheat the oven to 375℉.
Thoroughly grease a sheet pan (even if lining it with aluminum foil) with either a cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil. Lay the salmon fillets flesh side up. Season with a heavy pinch of salt.
Ladle the honey mustard sauce over each fillet, careful to avoid getting it on the pan (this will burn in the oven).
Cook for 14-17 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet. At the last minute turn on the broiler and broil for 1 minute before removing.
Top with fresh minced parsley and serve.
Notes
If opting for an entire side of salmon triple the sauce recipe.
