12ozcream cheeseroom temperature (or 1 1/2 cups)
3/4cupsour cream
3/4cup mayo
1 1/4cupsdill pickleschopped
2tbspfresh dill
2tbspfresh chives
1tbspfresh parsley
1lemonzest of a full lemon 1/4 lemon juiced
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
Instructions
In a large bowl add the room temperature cream cheese with the sour cream and mayo. Either use a hand mixer to combine or work through by hand making sure there are no chunks of cream cheese.
Add in the chopped pickles, dill, parsley, chives, lemon zest, 1/4 of a lemon's juice, garlic and onion powder, and 1 tbsp of the pickle juice. Fold in the ingredients. Salt to taste.
For best flavor, allow the dip to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
