Dill Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese room temperature (or 1 1/2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 1/4 cups dill pickles chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon zest of a full lemon 1/4 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the room temperature cream cheese with the sour cream and mayo. Either use a hand mixer to combine or work through by hand making sure there are no chunks of cream cheese.
  • Add in the chopped pickles, dill, parsley, chives, lemon zest, 1/4 of a lemon's juice, garlic and onion powder, and 1 tbsp of the pickle juice. Fold in the ingredients. Salt to taste.
  • For best flavor, allow the dip to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
