Honey Pancetta Brussels Sprouts

Crispy roasted brussels sprouts, salty pancetta, nutty parmesean, tossed in a sweet and sticky honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts ends cut, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grates
  • 4 oz pancetta small cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • In a bowl add the cut brussels sprouts, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt (approx 1/4 tsp) and freshly cracked pepper. Toss.
  • Lay Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan cut side down. Add pancetta, making sure it's distributed evenly.
  • Roast for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and from the pan into a large bowl, add honey and toss.
