TO THE SAME POT SAUTÉ THE ONIONS AND GARLIC UNTIL SOFT AND FRAGRANT.

MAKE IT A SOUP

ADD THE BROTH AND A PARMESAN RIND. SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. DROP IN THE COUSCOUS AND THE PAR COOKED SAUSAGE. SIMMER FOR 5.

ADD +

ADD THE CHOPPED DINO KALE AND HEAVY CREAM. SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE COUSCOUS IS SOFT, CHEWY, AND TENDER.
