START WITH TOASTING THE WALNUTS IN THE OVEN. ALLOW THEM TO COOL BEFORE PLACING THEM IN THE FOOD PROCESSOR. add the cooled walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic clove, chili flakes and about 1/4 tsp of salt.
Process on low until a micro consistency. Add the basil and process again. Add the sun dried tomatoes and turn the processor on low until it becomes a paste. Drizzle in the olive oil on low until combined.
